Sapphire crashs (mac mini freezes also) when importing a movie with 26 posters

Description

I tryed to import the golden compass (which has 26 or 23 posters, can't remember), So it freezes and I have to reboot the mac mini. Mac mini with Leopard 10.5.2, Sapphire beta 5). The work around that I found, was to delete some poster in the poster buffer directory (/users/library/Application Support/Sapphire?) and unplug the mac from the network and it worked perfectly.

It's not frozen, it's that the backrow frameworks on leopard are incompetently designed and running very slowly.

Interestingly enough, the older frameworks on the AppleTV are better designed.

There really is not much that can do to work around it.

(In [518]) If there are more than 5 posters, use the normal preview method instead of marching posters for poster selection.
