Joining files does not seem to work when files are located on a SMB share

Hi

It seems like the join function does not work on smb shares. (Or maybe I just didnt manage to get it to work).

I wonder if it would be possible just to make a txt file (moviename.spappire) and if that files exist it will read that one, and play the file names it containts.

That way people with thier files on a windows share will have the possibility to watch cd1 before cd2.

But then agian I might just be missing something.

Does your AppleTV have write permission to the share?

Hi

Yes, the appletv has write access, and when logging in as frontrow, I have no issues creating files on the smb share.
