Need some more information about this. However it sounds like a bad installation.

To uninstall Sapphire you will need to ssh into the machine and:

sudo rm -r /System/Library/CoreServices/Finder?.app/Contents/PlugIns/Sapphire.frappliance

enter 'frontrow' for the password.
