Description

Sapphire seems to function in the Apple TV 2.1 software, however parts of the browser layout is skewed to the left. Duplicate icons for menu items and hanging halfway off the left screen. Not sure if this is related to the RUIPreferenceManager being removed.

(In [635]) Implement the preview control fetch routine and return nil where not done before. Works around yet another Apple bug. Fixes #195
