Install Sapphire (b6.4) on an aTV 2.2, all menu items crash

Description

I did a clean install of 2.2 on my aTV: - factory restore to 1.0 - software update to 2.2 - patchstick for ssh - install Perian - install Sapphire b6.4

Sapphire appears in the menu and can be activated, but any choide after that gives an error (press play/pause to reboot, which doesnt actually reboot but just restarts Finder)
