b6.5 installs & runs on Mac Mini 2009 w/Leopard but on exit will NOT run again

I have searched the wiki faithfully but not found an answer to my issue.

I am able to install Sapphire (and restart Front Row) just fine on my new 2009 Mini. Everything seems to work. However, if I exit Front Row (or obviously if I reboot the Mini) Sapphire appears in Front Row but will not start. I am not crashing out of Front Row, just restarting.

The only way to restart is to delete the 3 .plist files in user/Library/Application Support.
