Support of Ripped VIDEO_TS DVDs

Description

Now that Leopard and FrontRow? support directly Video_TS ripped files, it would be nice for Sapphire to support them too. I found nothing in the FAQ saying it does not, but could not find either anything saying it does. And for sure, it shows no metadata nor picture for those, after I "imported all".

Note also that I had to reboot to activate Sapphire after installing it, the "kill..." command apparently was not enough. Regards JJ
