Change collection defaults to only include Movies directory

Description

Change defaults for the Hide/Don?'t Import collection settings to initially disable all directory paths except for ~/Movies in the settings screen.

I don't know how others use the software, but I don't feel the need for my / (root), Bootcamp, or Time Machine volumes to be scanned. I just think it would be a sensible default setting.

/ is hidden by default!

Typical use case is a media machine, with the only connected drives being media drives, so this default matches that use case exactly.
