Files disappear from the Sapphire browser after being watched

Description

After watching a show or movie, they will completely disappear from the Sapphire browser list. I've tried all the options in setting to see if those will make them come back, but no success. I've also tried setting "mark all as unwatched" but this also has no effect as the files aren't listed anymore so can't be changed to unwatched.
