Metadata says nothing to update but its not even half way finished!

Description
I first installed this latest build of sapphire beta 5 and it was letting me gather metadata info for my alias folder in my movies folder. The alias is of a folder on external drive. Anyway, now I go to finish choosing metadata info and says 0 items to update! ive reinstalled sapphire and still it doesn't have anythign to update yet sapphire has much more info to be gathered. Any suggestions.? Thanks
