joining files not working properly

Description

Hi I have Sapphire installed on my appletv and on my MBAir. When I join files on my MBA the application pauses for a second and then shows a joined (mov) file. When I do the same thing on the appletv it pauses for a very short time but nothing happens. A file with the .mov extension is made by the application in both cases though (MBA and appletv)

You didn't follow the directions on reporting bugs, did you? Read BugReporting and #193 and follow the former.

I'm sorry, but I did read BugReporting but judging from your comment I'm doing something wrong? Pease tell me what it is and I will correct it

First, it asked you to search. There is another ticket which is similar. Second it asked for contents of console messages. You didn't mention them so we have to conclude you didn't check.

I asked you to read #193 (which is this ticket; I mistyped), but if you had done a search, you would have found #167.

What happens when you open the .mov file?

Well, I actually did do a search and I did find #167, but I did not find it similar, beacause there was no specific info there except that it "didn't work". I will attach console output asap
