TV Shows Virtual folder empty

Description
I am running on AppleTV 2.1, and the recently released 1.0b6.2, which was announced as official on July 21st, 2008. I have set up and configured Sapphire based on instructions found on the manual installation portion of the website. I am using a 1TB drive attached wirelessly to an Apple Extreme Base Station. The mount is good, the stream is working great.
Sapphire appears to be working properly. The Fetch TV Data function works properly, as does the Fetch Movie Data function. The cover art is being pulled down, speed and stability all seem to be exceptional. The Movies virtual folder is working great, with all meta data being parsed properly. In short, everything is great .. except for my TV Shows virtual folder. That folder shows <EMPTY> when I select it.
The odd part is that I can nav directly to the external drive using Sapphire and nav into the "TV Shows" folder, into the particular show and season folders. Each episode has all the pertinent metadata, show length, video still, etc. ALL the information is there .. just not in the virtual folder!
Any information, ideas.. slapping me on the head and telling me something that I missed .. whatever! If I can provide any additional information, please let me know. I have checked the CrashReporter? folder and nothing shows itself.
