Description

Refs #209 for 1.0b6, but has other, similar, issues.

Cover art, translations and title searches are inconsistent for ripped DVDs, due to calls to stringByDeletingPathExtension in SapphireFileMetaData.m and SapphireMovieImporter.m and other files. If the ripped DVD contains a '.' character the title is modified.

E.g. My ripped copy of "L.A. Confidential" is truncated to "L. A" in the imdb search, TV artwork for "Series.S01E01-E04" is truncated to "Series" etc.

I'll upload a patch later.

Note I've set component to "Other" as this affects multiple components.

(In [1165]) Better handle files without extensions and preserve the lookup name better. Fixes #283
