"Reset the thing already" does not appear in Sapphire menu when Hide UI Quit is toggled off in b7

Description

Once last issue found in b7-

Since top level menu was moved to right side of Main ATV menu in b7 (great change, BTW) the "Reset the thing already" menu item does not appear on the right side menu when Hide UI Quit is toggled off. Resetting finder and rebooting ATV does not appear to add the item to the menu.

(In [876]) Resurrect the UI Quit for the ATV take 2 menu system. I thought we were the only ones who used this. Fixes #296
