[Feature Request] Import All Data from command line

Description

A command-line interface for the importers would be super super useful. It would have the option for skipping any files requiring user imput, as well as other options (run "Populate File Data", "Fetch TV Show Data", "Fetch Movie Data", or "Import All Data"). Plus output options (verbose or quiet). I dunno, any other options you think might be useful.

It would be awesome to be able to set this to run as a cron job every morning at like 3am. That's the dream, right there.
